We do not offer refunds. Exchanges are available for items of equal or lesser value. All items must be in new, unused condition, with original tags and labels still attached.
To request an exchange, please email us at dixietailoringsupply@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the exchange. Our support team will guide you through the next steps.
Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
Once we receive your item and verify its condition, we’ll process your exchange. Please allow up to 21 days from the date we receive your item to complete the exchange process.
